THE WORKS DO NOT TRAVEL INSURED THE BUYER MUST REQUEST IT BEFORE SHIPMENT

All shipments are insured with a standard Courrier Service by DHL, UPS, DPD,SDA with insurance of 30€ for damage. The insurance is required by the purchaser before shipment, on select on check out or by email (buy@streetartplace.com) . The works are traveling under the responsibility of the customer, for what we recommend insurance. Our care to provide for solid packaging. Street Art Place are not responsible for crushing, drilling or tampering during transport by DHL. For works of value should ensure the work being very often not replaceable unique pieces. The price of insurance is € 15 for a value of up to € 600, and increases with increasing value.

DELIVERY

Our delivery charges depend on the weight and size of item(s) you are ordering and the country the item(s) are being shipped to.A lot of our artwork are free shipping for different country: Europe, NO EU, North America. We will do our best to achieve the best method and price to ship your item. Here a few FAQs regarding shipping.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we can get your artworks to you regardless of country by DHL, UPS, DPD, SDA services Standard and Express.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We aim to dispatch your order asap after you have placed it usually the next day 24h/48h; however, please allow up to 7 days for the Europe and max 28 days for delivery to overseas countries especially on big releases or custom control. When we ship we send you a Track number for check your package on the way.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS DISPATCHED?

As soon as your order has been sent out 24h/48h, our system will e-mail to inform you with a track number.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM, HELP?

Please contact us at contact@streetartplace.com and we'll get to the bottom of it and send you tracking numbers etc.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES?

All customs and import fees are payable by the recipient once the order reaches its destination country. This is out of our control.

DO YOU COMBINE SHIPPING?

Yes we can combine shipping if appropriate, both items fit in on tube, or box. If this is complicated we will get in touch and let you know.

RETURNS

Refunds will be given at the discretion of StreetArtPlace.com, important contact us maximum before 5 day of package received, and contact us via email or telephone if you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase, we refound after received back the artwork in same package (come back shipping fee package are in charge of the customer), for artworks with shipping free we refound the full price minus 20€ or 40€ depend the size of package.
